Partial Discharge Sensor for Switchgear
TEV (Transient Earth Voltage) Sensor
ISAAC-PDS-TEV-01
Product Overview |
Insulation defects caused by prolonged operation of power facilities including switchboards, power cables, and GIS are one of the main causes of power plant failure. Insulation defects result in partial discharge, which causes the insulation to deteriorate, resulting in power outage.
ISAAC-PDS-TEV-01 is a Transient Earth Voltage (TEV) sensor, which individually detects and monitors the transient ground voltage produced on the metal surface due to electromagnetic waves during partial discharge. |
